Solaia is mostly Cabernet, but it never belittles its Tuscan identity. This is very evident in the heartwarming 2000 Solaia, as the herbal notes are reminiscent of the picturesque Tuscan countryside and beautiful fields between the vineyards, where wild herbs such as lavender, thyme and rosemary grow.
