For us, almost every bottle is unique, since we cannot guarantee replacement, especially with our business model, which focuses on "special" and mature wines.

Every single bottle is packed with the utmost care and sent by our logistics partner in our special shipping cartons, which protect against impact and thermal fluctuations.

Too high or too low temperatures such as frost damage (fluctuations) can impair the quality of the wine. Our goal is to deliver the goods to our customers in optimal condition and of the highest quality.

Therefore, if necessary, we will delay delivery if you do not expressly request delivery.

If there is an "urgent" need, we can also deliver the goods personally for an additional charge after individual consultation.

We offer our customers different delivery options. Through our logistics partner and daily pick-up service, we can usually guarantee you a very fast delivery.

That means within 2 working days.

Please note that after placing your order in our shop, you will receive a separate invoice as a PDF file to your email address. If we no longer have certain wines in stock at short notice, we will contact you about this.
