B13 Champagne Brut 2013

The grapes for Bollinger's B13 come from 92% Grand Cru and 8% Premier Cru vineyards. After seven years on the lees, it was disgorged with a dosage of 6g/l.
The 2013 vintage was characterized by challenging weather conditions, including a long, frosty winter, and a very late harvest. Despite the difficult circumstances, Bollinger recognized the vintage's potential, resulting in this exceptional, limited-edition Blanc de Noir. A tribute to Bollinger's most important grape variety, Pinot Noir.
