Produktbeschreibung

Quinterra Scheurebe 2022

The grapes for the QVINTERRA® collection come from Oppenheim,
Nierstein, Nackenheim, Bodenheim and Laubenheim and form the diversity
from the Rhine front with flawless fruit. Matured in steel tanks and
spontaneously fermented, the estate wines are both a calling card and an entry-level
Ticket to the quality pyramid of Kühling-Gillot’s premium wines.
The Scheurebe is an original child of Rheinhessen and may be found in our
range. Dry-aged, it opens up new perspectives on
Table, is versatile for different country cuisines and super
to be combined with boldly spiced dishes.
The Scheurebe flows into the glass in a delicate yellow and immediately exudes its fragrant
Perfume: Notes of cassis, white peach and grapefruit outline the
tart fruit and are spicy underlined by mace and white
Pepper. Bone dry, it is reduced to the essentials and combines the
exotic fruit with profound minerality and finely contoured grip on the
Palate.
Due to its enormously stimulating nature, it is a wonderful aperitif wine - but
This Scheurebe also goes well with Asian cuisine and fine salads with
Pumpkin seed oil forms a delicious alliance.
