Brunello di Montalcino Greppo Annata 2006
It is rare that the origin of a wine can be traced back to a single man. However, Brunello di Montalcino owes its existence to the inventiveness of Clemente Santi and his nephew Ferruccio Biondi-Santi, who began to vinify Sangiovese Grosso in its purest form in Montalcino in the 1900s.
Since 1888, the first Brunello vintage in history, Biondi-Santi has been producing wines known for their elegance and exceptional longevity.
