Parker about Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2004
Tasted at the chateau. The 2004 has a stony, slightly smoky nose, lacing just a little focus although that may come with time. The palate is medium-bodied with good acidity, although lacking a little complexity on the second half. Quite Burgundian for a Domaine de Chevalier – I have a feeling this may improve with bottle age.

Suckling over Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2004
This is insane on the nose and palate with dried apple and pear plus hints of bread dough and mineral. Full-bodied, dense and rich. Complex like a great Corton Charlemagne. Bright and powerful.
