Sommelier Kellnermesser Fasseiche

Once upon a time there was the Laguiole
In 1829, a small farmer's knife was born in Laguiole, a small mountain village in Aveyron (southwestern France). Its famous bee, a symbol of prestige and quality, adorning its source, would make it the most famous knife in France.
Laguiole en Aubrac products follow the ancient artisan tradition and are entirely manufactured in the Laguiole region of origin:
- Each piece is assembled from start to finish by a craftsman who decorates the blades of the folding knives with his own signature,
- Only high-quality and natural materials are used for the handles,
- the steel parts are made in the local forge of Montezic from the best Swedish Sandvick steel,
- Each product comes with a certificate of authenticity and a lifetime warranty.
