Paul Jaboulet Aîné

The history of Paul Jaboulet Aîné dates back to the 19th century. In 1834, Antoine Jaboulet founded the winery in Tain-l'Hermitage. However, it was his son, Paul Jaboulet, who led the winery to international fame. The Jaboulet family has always been committed to producing high-quality Syrah wines, building a long tradition and experience in the process.

The Paul Jaboulet Aîné winery is located in the northern Rhône region of France, known for its premium Syrah wines. The vineyards stretch along the banks of the Rhône River and into the hills of the surrounding appellations, including Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, and Saint-Joseph.

Paul Jaboulet Aîné is particularly known for his Syrah wines from the various appellations of the Northern Rhône. The estate's most famous wine is "Hermitage La Chapelle," considered one of the finest Hermitage wines anywhere. In addition to Syrah, other grape varieties are also cultivated, such as Marsanne and Roussanne for white wines and Grenache for red wines.
